Amazing Girl
Julia, at 2, is the most amazing little girl. She is sweet, loving, smart, funny, adventurous, opinionated, playful and a joy to be around. Julia is very curious and asks us "What do I hear?", "What that is?", "Where we go?".
She loves Sesame Street characters, especially Elmo and Cookie Monster. She still loves Sheepie, but he is not a constant companion like he once was. Some of her favorite activities are playing chase with Daddy, hiding and jumping on the bed. She wants to play with play-doh everyday. She loves reading, singing, the piano and slides.
She is a great eater. She loves school. She has LOTS to say - one cute expression she uses is "heart beeps" instead of "heart beat."
She is learning about discipline and rules and has been to time-out a few times. Yesterday she put Sheepie and Little Elmo (yes, there is also a Big Elmo) in time out. I'm not sure that she takes it seriously... We are working on using polite tones and language - enough with the whining already!
In this picture she just had to be in the picnic basket - until she got stuck! Am I a bad mommy for leaving her there so I could grab a picture???

Julia is very aware that baby Noah (disclaimer: we still reserve the right to change the name although this has been the favorite for quite some time) is in Mommy's belly and that she is going to be a big sister. She tells us that it's going to be "so crazy" when baby Noah comes. She has no idea : )
