Happy 2 Month Birthday, Noah!

At two months Noah was 12 pounds 5 ounces and 20 inches. He is very happy and has such a great smile. He's ticklish so we can get him to smile and coo by tickling under his chin and toes.

Unfortunately he had his first ear infection this month. I guess that's what happens when you're the second baby? Poor thing! He handled it all pretty well but really did not like taking the amoxicillen. Not that I blame him, but he found ways to push most of it out of his mouth, despite my best efforts.

Noah loves bath time - which is usually with Julia. We found that was the best way to keep her interested in bath time and in the big tub. Otherwise she wants to bathe in the baby tub.

He is increasingly more alert and loves to be able to see what's going on - facing out when you hold him, standing up, being outside, watching the fan spin around. He is very patient and laid back, which is great with a big sister like Julia!

This month we also drove to Charleston to go to a wedding. The kids did great on the trip and David and I felt very accomplished for having pulled it off. Although we were completely exhausted by the time we got home!
