Wow! Julia is a year and half! At 18 months, 27 pounds and 32 inches, she...
- loves climbing, helping and the sand box

- wants to see everything we're doing - and wants to try to do it herself
- talks a lot - some favorite words are: flip flops, sand box, mama, elbow (elbows are VERY funny right now), walk (as in, "you walk while you carry me", "walk holding my hand", and "look - that lady is walking")
- falls a lot - she loves running around outside but has had skinned knees for the past month - therefore another word we hear quite a bit is "boo boo"
- loves drum sticks and banging them on the ground, sings "hippity happity hoppity" from music class
- labels everything she has a name for
- struggles with herself when she wants to do things she knows we have asked her not to - she really thinks about it before going ahead and doing it!
- tells us "no" very timidly and with a little smile, as if saying "can i really tell you i don't want to eat this broccoli?"
- loves hair bows and seat belts/buckles

- is silly! I think she comes by that naturally! Happy half birthday sweet girl!
